Feedletter (“Company”, “we”, “us”) has established the following Privacy Policy in accordance with Article 30 of the Personal Information Protection Act of Korea. This policy is designed to protect the personal information of data subjects and to handle any related complaints quickly and effectively.

We process personal information for the following purposes. Personal information will not be used for any purpose other than those listed below. If the purpose of use changes, we will take necessary measures such as obtaining additional consent as required by Article 18 of the Personal Information Protection Act.

‍Account Registration and Identification: To verify intent to sign up, provide membership-based services, identify and authenticate users, maintain user status, prevent fraudulent use of the service, and verify legal guardian consent for users under age 14.

When outsourcing personal information processing, we include clauses in the contract regarding prohibition of personal information processing beyond the scope of the assigned task, technical and managerial protection, re-consignment restrictions, supervision of the consignee, and liability for damages.

피드레터는 법령에 따른 개인정보 보유기간 또는 이용자로부터 동의받은 기간 내에서 개인정보를 처리 및 보유합니다.
1. 회원정보: 가입일로부터 서비스 종료 또는 탈퇴 시까지 보유 (단, 관계 법령에 따라 일정기간 보관할 수 있음)

2. 서비스 이용 시 수집: IP 주소, 쿠키, 접속 로그, 이용 콘텐츠 기록, KEEP 목록, 피드 생성 내역 등


‍제7조 (개인정보의 파기)
피드레터는 개인정보의 보유기간이 경과하거나 처리 목적이 달성된 경우 지체 없이 해당 정보를 파기합니다. 전자적 정보는 복구 불가능한 기술적 방법으로 삭제합니다.
